10 Years of Allmade | Mel Lay’s Founder Story

Before Allmade, Mel Lay was running her own screen print shop and brand, searching for better apparel options and coming up short. Like many decorators, she felt limited by what was available and started exploring what it would take to create something better.

Then came a call from Ryan Moor with a bold idea: build an apparel company founded by screen printers, for screen printers.

What started as a product-driven mission quickly became something deeper after a life-changing trip to Haiti, where the team saw firsthand how garments are made and how the industry could do better for people and the planet.

Ten years later, that purpose still drives Allmade. Built by decorators, for decorators, and committed to making a real impact.

Watch her story and celebrate a decade of doing things differently.
