How Allmade’s Recycled Blend Tees Are Made

Step 1: Repurposing Fabric Scraps

50% of each tee comes from leftover cotton fabric scraps from various cotton t-shirts in the factory. These scraps are sorted by color—blues with blues, reds with reds, blacks with blacks, etc.

Step 2: Recycling Plastic into Polyester

The other 50% comes from recycled polyester made from repurposed plastic, like water bottles. This process gives plastic waste a second life and reduces the need for virgin polyester production.

Step 3: No Redyeing = Less Water Waste

Allmade’s Recycled Blend Tees keep their original fabric colors (think back to the color sorting in Step 1), meaning they are never redyed. This saves significant amounts of water compared to traditional dyeing methods.

By combining repurposed fabric and recycled plastic, these tees help reduce landfill waste and saves water while delivering the comfort and quality you expect from Allmade!
