T-Shirts dyed from minerals?!
We are so excited to welcome this new fabric to the Allmade family! We're using Earth's natural pigments to dye these shirts, making each shirt one-of-a-kind! This unique dying process is easier on our planet, and we are able to save water and energy too!
Scroll down to learn more about the minerals that we use to dye your new favorite tee!
Driftwood Grey is dyed with Raw Umber
Umber was one of the first pigments used by ancient man to paint on cave walls. It is a brown earth pigment that is on the darker side.
Golden Wheat is dyed with Orange Barite
As you can see, this mineral crystalizes! This mineral was first recorded in 1800 by D.L.G. Karsten, and was named for the Greek word meaning “heavy”, due to its high specific gravity.
Meditating with this stone will push one to operate on a higher frequency and can cause increased lucid dreaming, E.S.P., and “deja vu” moments.
Lichen Green uses Green Calcite
Green Calcite is a mineral formed during sedimentation. When holding this mineral, it is known to relieve unneeded stress. We hope when you wear our Lichen Green shirt all your worries are forgotten about!
Saltwater Blue uses Blue Calcite
We think this shirt is going to have super powers! If you wear/carry Blue Calcite, it acts as a sponge and absorbs any bad energy around you. It filters out negative vibrations and kicks them out and turns them back into positive energy! How cool is that? Blue Calcite is also known to calm your nerves and tone down any anxious feelings. *Disclaimer: Our Saltwater Blue shirt won't actually have any super powers. But we would like to think it does!
