Our Favorite Sustainable Goods for Your Home

With so many sustainable products on the market these days, we wanted to share with you some of our favorites! Make sure you check out our video below, where we discuss them in greater length.

Grove Collaborative

Grove Collaborative

They offer products that are gentler on the earth, prioritize post-consumer materials for packaging, and carbon offset every shipment that goes out their door. You can sign up for a subscription membership, or you can place orders as you need them. They carry products for your home and body! Bonus Points that they are a B Corp certified company as well!

Our Review: We ordered their reusable Glass Bottle, Cleaner Concentrate, Scrubbing Sponges, and reusable ziplocks. Super easy to order, and the products are amazing! Their customer service is top-notch as well.

RMS Beauty

RMS Beauty

Laurel is obsessed with this company! In fact, about 95% of her beauty products are RMS.

Here is a little blurb from their website that talks about how they’re different from the rest: RMS Beauty products are formulated with raw, food grade and organic ingredients in their natural state, allowing their living, healing attributes to penetrate and rejuvenate the skin. In their purest form, enzymes, vitamins, antioxidants and their healing properties remain fully intact, encouraging amazing potential for anti-aging effects. RMS Beauty has also taken extreme care in the use of minimal heat in the manufacturing process of this product in order to keep all nutrients and healing properties alive. All RMS Beauty products are free of harmful chemicals, synthetic preservatives, synthetic vitamins, and genetically modified ingredients (GMO) etc.

Our Review: As with all of their products, The Master Radiance Base is amazing! It gives you that dewey look everyone is talking about. You can wear it various ways, and it goes on smoothly each time. Make sure to check out their videos on each of the products to make applying easy!

Who Gives a Crap

Who Gives a Crap

Shout out to our friends at Threadbare Print House who told us about Who Gives a Crap! I know that talking about 100% recycled Toilet Paper isn’t that exciting, but with them, it’s about what they do behind the scenes that got us excited. They donate 50% of profits to help build toilets because they believe access to a safe, dignified toilet is a basic human right. Since they’ve been in business, they’ve been able to donate over $8.3 million to help provide proper sanitation for the 2 billion people in need. Now that’s a lot of toilets!

Our Review: We ordered their premium TP and think it's super soft. Loved the packaging and all the puns they packed in there too. Whoever thought a toilet paper company could give back to the world and make you laugh at the same time?

Boie USA

Boie USA

The Boie USA made products are made from a silicone-like material called TPE. It’s super durable and ultra-soft. Everything they make is 100% recyclable, you just send it back to them and they turn it into something new! You can read more about all the cool things their doing under their Sustainability tab on their website.

Our Review: We ordered their toothbrush, body and face scrubber. Super fun colors, really soft, and got us sparkly clean! Easy instructions on their website on how to send your items back to get recycled.

Papillion Marketplace

Papillon Marketplace

A young mother of two wanted to add to her family through adoption. After spending a week at an orphanage in Haiti, she was surprised to find out that these children had mothers who were alive, but just too poor to care for their children. She set her heart on providing jobs for at risk mothers, so that they would be able to keep their kids. Shelley Jean started Papillon because no child should ever be abandoned because of poverty. Every time you order from Papillon Marketplace, you help provide the opportunity of a lifetime for mothers and fathers in Haiti.

Our Review: Love the mug, but love the story even more! So many colors to choose from, and other items for your home.

Thank you for watching our video and reading our blog. If you have suggestions for other items you'd like us to review, drop us a line! We'd love to hear from you.
