About Ontex

Ontex is a leading company in the sportswear Manufacturing sector,
founded in 2004, currently located in Honduras in the city of Choloma.
We specialize in producing basic and multi-style t-shirts. Our mission is
to Manufacture high-quality garments, and our vision is to remain a
leading company in the industry. We believe in principles of ethics and
transparency, building long-lasting, trusting relationships with our
employees, customers, and suppliers.

Environmental impact

At Ontex, we implement sustainable environmental practices to mitigate
the impacts of our processes on the environment and the community.
We carry out reforestation projects in different areas of the community,
we promote recycling inside and outside our facilities, we support projects
to bring water to areas that need it, classification and appropriate final
disposal of waste.

Employee impact

We strive to provide our employees with a good working environment,
especially a healthy and safe one. We have a professional development
program where our employees can continue their studies, learn another
language, and receive training on various topics that help enrich their
knowledge. We provide employees with childcare support at a local
daycare center, and we have a clinic for immediate care for our
employees.
